All timing belts and components are thoroughly tested for 41 days / 984 hours on bespoke testing and measuring machines simulating a real-life driving experience equating to 63,960 miles.
As part of our complete Timing solution, we offer a range of Timing Belt Kits with a water pump to provide a complete and accomplished OE quality solution – 95% of our water pump range include Aluminium or Steel impellers as standard.
BGA Timing Belts are manufactured by a well-known OE (original equipment) supplier with premium materials to provide exceptional petrochemical resistance and high operational temperature properties.

100% heat resistant ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) rubber.
Perfectly bound nylon aramid cords for additional strength and stretch resistance.
Belts feature a fabric coating on the back to ensure low noise and increased high wear resistance.

SUMP PLUGS

Mechanics should change the sump plug after every oil change.

BGA sump plugs are designed and engineered to provide an air-tight leak free seal against our Sump Pans.

Sump plugs are prone to thread wear and should not be over tightened.
Sump plugs can have thread damage not visible to the human eye.
Cross threading can damage the sump pan.

Viscous Fans & Thermostats

OE quality silicon carbide mechanical seals are utilized throughout BGA’s cooling range to increase component service life, which is then 100% pressure tested to ensure our components are leak free.
BGA Viscous fans are precisely engineered for maximum engine efficacy.
Extensive quality control procedures used – BGA radiator caps are 100% pressure tested.
